  • A single person working within an arch/diocese, parish or religious community whose duties involve the responsibilities withing the scope of Human Resources / Employee-Personnel Relations.

i.e., Any above-mentioned organizational employee working specifically within the HR Department, and/or the Chancellor, VC, CEO, COO, CFO, President, VP, Vicar General, Moderator of the Curia, Priest / Lay Personnel, Pastor, Parish Administrator, Parish Manager, Business Administrator, Prioress, Provincial, Province Leader, Provincial Treasurer/Finance/Manager, Congregation Council, Payroll, Pastoral Associate, Head of Schools, Principal, Superintendent, General Counsel, Controller, Compensation, Office Manager, Pastoral Services, Diversity, Risk Management, and Safe Environment.
