Our annual convocation is the perfect place to make a true connection with our members. NACPA is proud to be able to offer this annual event, not only as a space for members to learn, commune and connect with each other, but as a space where our members can meet with vendors who offer exemplary solutions for their specific Church Human Resources needs.
As a close-knit community, our members rely on each other for advice and referrals when choosing new vendors. When you attend NACPA convocation, you not only have the opportunity to create a bond with our attending members, your organization will also be represented, via attendee experiences and recommendations throughout the year, as other members come in need of your services.

Set against a charming historic district with cobblestone streets, antebellum architecture, a vibrant riverfront, and iconic live oaks draped in Spanish moss, the city of Savannah provides a memorable setting for our national gathering.
The Diocese of Savannah is led by Bishop Stephen D. Parkes and serves a community of 80,000 Catholics across 55 parishes, 22 missions and 16 Catholic schools.
Convening with us in Savannah this spring, attendees will attend Sunday Liturgy at the breathtaking Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist; catch up with distanced colleagues and meet new friends at our spirited Sunday Opening Social; begin Monday and Tuesday with uplifting daily liturgy and prayer services; Lunch is on us, Monday as the NACPA Board of Directors present the annual report to members and hold Board Elections; then refresh yourself Monday evening with a “Toast to Savannah” Happy Hour; and finish out our week, celebrating together at the Tuesday Social and NACPA 2027 Awards Banquet Dinner.

Registration will be open Sun April 18 from 12 PM - 2:00 PM for Exhibitors. Exhibits can be assembled on Sun 12 PM - 4 PM and can be dismantled after the second concurrent sessions begin, after lunch, on Tue April 20 (not provided as many off-campus options). We warmly invite all exhibitors to attend the Social (6:30) and Banquet that evening at 7 PM and the Third Annual Karaoke Party, on-site begins at 9:30!

A 6’ skirted table, two chairs, full participation in program event offerings for two representatives; including Opening Liturgy followed by the Sunday Social and Opening Ceremony, both Morning Prayers and Liturgy and the Plenary presentations; Monday Happy Hour, two continental breakfasts, and the Tuesday evening Social and Closing Award's Banquet Dinner. *Exhibitor Representatives are only permitted to attend breakout sessions of colleagues or partner clients with their approval.
Exhibitor On-Site Check-In will open Sun April 18 at 12 PM - 2 PM. Booths can be assembled on Sun April 18 from 12 PM - 4 PM and can be dismantled after we return from lunch on Tue April 20 (lunch not provided). We invite all exhibitors to attend the Tuesday Social (6:30) and Banquet Awards Dinner that evening 7 - 9 PM.

Exhibitor/Sponsorship Rules and Regulations
- Exhibitors are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms, even if you are also a presenting speaker.
- While NACPA and its membership is thankful for support in any denomination, vendors wishing to attend NACPA Convocation must purchase an Exhibit Booth to gain admittance.
- Providing non-exhibiting sponsorship does not permit representatives of organizations to attend any part of NACPA Convocation, including events.
- Exhibitor Representatives are only allowed to attend breakout sessions of colleagues or partner clients with their approval.
- Only Exhibiting Vendors will receive the NACPA Attendee Contact List
- Exhibit Booth assignments will be released upon check-in and we will connect you with your shipped materials.
- You are not allowed to procure a table space in the hall for yourself without specific authorization from Project Managers Jessica Randazzo or Jillian Green. If a booth is setup before this time, the booth will be dismantled and materials stowed in the locked NACPA office until the proper time. NACPA will not be held responsible or liable for any missing or damaged items due to this process.

Exhibit Set Up Sun 12 - 4 PM All boxes need to be retrieved by 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 19th, the room will be locked an unavailable after this time until the conclusion of the Opening Ceremonies, Sun 6:15 PM - 7 PM.
The onsite representatives will be provided the cell numbers for onsite NACPA Project Managers.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations for exhibit space and advertisements may be canceled with a full refund of fees paid less $700 upon receipt of cancellation prior to March 1, 2027. Due to contractual and other commitments made by NACPA, no refund will be made for cancellations received after March 1, 2027.
