NACPA Annual Report 2021

NACPA 2021 Annual Report

This publication marks a special benchmark in the association’s history — 50 years of modeling Gospel values and promoting justice in the workplace. The report has been distributed to the U.S. Bishops with a cover letter from Bishop Edward J. Weisenburger, our Episcopal Moderator.

In his message to his fellow bishops, Bishop Weisenburger writes:

“As Church leaders we have become increasingly reliant on diocesan HR directors and administrators to recruit, train, hire — and retain — excellent employees. They assist us in strategic planning and adjusting to the rapid changes in technology, workplace diversity and job and family roles.

“NACPA has been a mighty force in helping our excellent HR leaders grow and navigate these complex issues, particularly in recent times.

“NACPA strengthens our current and future HR leaders through a professional certification program, consultation services and an excellent convocation and webinar series that further the knowledge of our HR staff, chancellors and finance directors and all those serving the Church in an HR role. Thank you for supporting NACPA at this pivotal time in its history.”

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the association staff, we extend our gratitude to Bishop Weisenburger for his kind words and great support.

Sincerely,

Regina Haney, EdD
Executive Director
